Composed at work. Calm on the outside. And underneath, a body that never quite eases - shallow breath, a tight chest and sleep that doesn't repair anything.
I teach women how to work with their breath and their nervous system so that steadiness becomes available and easier.
You wake up tired, before the day has even started.
Your chest is tight and your breath sits high and shallow.
You feel stuck - like nothing is moving forward although you try.
You're calm on the outside and exhausted underneath, all day.
Rest is on your list, but your body has forgotten how to take it.
This is for women over 30 who look like they're coping - capable, composed and quietly running on empty. If that's you, you're in the right place.
I was a high-school teacher. I was good at it and I was empty. Burnout doesn't always look like collapse - for me it looked like functioning perfectly while my body ran a permanent low alarm. I kept going because stopping wasn't on the list.
What changed it wasn't a retreat or a rule. It was breath - learned slowly, properly, in the traditional pranayama I still teach - and then the nervous system knowledge that explained why it worked. I didn't become a different person. I became a calmer one, in the same life, and eventually I built a different one.
Now I work with women who recognise that version of themselves - and I help them find their way back to steadiness, in the life they already have. I'm based in Zagreb and teach online, in English and Croatian.
One hour a week where the week gets put down. Guided pranayama, a meditation, and a body that leaves softer than it arrived. No experience needed, just a mat or couch and your free time.
Join this Sunday →The Sunday session every week, plus the replay library for the weeks you can't be live. The practice becomes a fixture instead of a good intention.
See what's inside →A single live hour on Zoom: what your nervous system is doing when stressed, signs of its dysfunctions and a great breath practice you can use the same evening. And every day after.
Next date →Twelve weeks, six modules and a live call every two weeks. For women who don't want another tool - they want a baseline that holds when the week gets loud.
Read the programme →Holistic life coaching for one person. We start with a free discovery call to see whether I'm the right fit - no pressure either way.
Read the details →“The most beautiful experience I’ve had in a long time. Marina’s gentle, empathetic presence and soothing voice made pranayama feel effortless, deeply calming, and incredibly effective.”
“Marina made me feel comfortable, relaxed and even when I was really stressed she helped me to calm down and focus on solutions. I felt I was heard.”
A free guide to the breathing exercises I teach first - the ones that work in a parked car, a bathroom at work, or the ten minutes before sleep. You'll also get my letters, roughly weekly. Leave whenever you like.
No. I teach traditional pranayama in the Kaivalyadhama lineage my Teacher taught me - measured, gradual and built to settle you rather than shake you.
None. Most people arrive having never thought about their breath. You need preferably a mat or a couch, headphones if you wish and an hour you're completely free and dedicated to yourself.
Members of The Sunday Exhale get the replay library, so a missed week is just a week you practise on Tuesday instead.
No. I'm a trauma-informed coach and breathwork practitioner, which means I work in a way that keeps you safe - not that I treat trauma or diagnose anything.
